Terms of Service

Tahona is financial intelligence software for rental property owners. It helps you consolidate portfolio data, understand health, learn from explanations, and review opportunities.

Tahona is not property-management software, accounting software, a lender, a broker, or a professional advisory firm.

Access is invite-only. The private beta is provided free of charge for a limited testing period. Features, availability, and data retention may change as we learn from testing.

We may suspend, limit, or end beta access with or without notice when needed for security, abuse prevention, or product changes.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding agreement to use Tahona.

You own the portfolio, property, transaction, liability, reserve, and document information you submit. You confirm you have the right to upload that information.

You are responsible for the accuracy of amounts you enter. Tahona does not invent missing financial values; blanks stay blank.

Do not upload malware, others’ confidential information without authorization, or unlawful content.

Insights, explanations, and suggested next steps are educational information based on rules applied to data you provide.

They are not legal, tax, lending, insurance, accounting, or investment advice. Do not treat them as a substitute for licensed professionals or as an instruction to take a financial action.

Tahona does not execute material financial actions on your behalf.

Use Tahona only for lawful portfolio management and analysis for properties you own or are authorized to manage financially.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, reverse engineer beyond applicable law, or misuse invite links.

Tahona, its branding, software, and documentation remain our property. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the beta for its intended purpose.

Feedback you share may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

The beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tahona and its operators are not liable for decisions you make using educational insights, for third-party services, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from beta use.

We may update these Terms for the beta. Continued use after a posted update means you accept the revised Terms for beta participation.
